Family: Part of the Reborn group, she may share some genetics with others in the Pantheon but it's not really clear of any direct relatives; she does want to have kids, but she's pretty sure that at her age she should wait a bit, plus wanting to find the right guy, or should she go back to Melissa and ask to be paired up in the lab? So many options...

Other: She's quite popular among the normal people of the Rookery as well as the Ranch, as she has a sort of care and humor about her that puts people at ease

Weight: 110* Icarus lightened her a bit, normally she might be around 130 with the curves she's got, but her actual musculature was not increased

Hair: Sunset reds and gold, very autumn, fluffy and kept as shown to around shoulders, curls at the ends; looks dyed, but really isn't

Eyes: Vibrant light blue, and while it also looks like she uses heavy mascara those lashes are natural; no one believes that

Appearance: fair creamy skin with a light dappling of freckles when in the sun, but too much and she does burn up like a lobster; a heart-shaped face, considered very pretty by basically everyone. She likes casual clothing that will move with her, layers, and can't deal with cold so she does bundle up on those chilly desert nights... preferably with someone else near...

Icarus Processing: Yes, at age 3, when she was also aged a bit to match some earlier recreations. This process did decrease her overall weight, and significantly boosted her resiliance for physical stresses along with her Vortal power. It did not change her actual strength, but you wouldn't know that because her power makes up for it

Genetic Abilities: Very strong telekinetics, though she doesn't use them to fly, more for lifting and boosting what appears to be her 'weak ass arms'. She can lift remarkably heavy items as though her physical strength was on par with Jessica and some others, to about 3x normal human strength. So between them, they've got this massive boulder handled just stay out of the way okay? I don't want you getting hurt... She's got the ability to produce a shield of this telekinetic power, which can be erected either around herself to about a 5 foot radius sphere centered on her waist, or around something else at a distance of about 20 meters at most. This shield can withstand massive crushing or impact blows, though she claims she can 'feel it' when things hit it. It cannot prevent elements or slow moving items from passing through, about the speed of a bowling ball will get bounced but anything slower just drifts on through. So a flying Scanner or a carefully moving Manhack might enter that sphere of protection. She would take care not to allow that to happen, however, again because she can 'feel' through the power, she'd recognize instantly the moving parts and bump it outside. With this power she can also do fine manipulation as though actually touching an item, without needing tools she can screw in tiny items or extract debris from flesh. She will often use this power to boost what appears to be a massive punch - without ever touching a thing with her flesh. Also she can levitate smaller things, anything around the weight of a microwave or small child, as though carrying it herself, to a distance of around 10 meters. She does have a 'warm and kind' Vortal presence, though no active empathy or telepathy - Vorts and humans alike respond to her because she just sort of is nice to be around, and Melissa does say that this is a power, not just her personality.
Skills or Profession: Working cleanup and rescue missions almost exclusively, Kelly knows her way around a location and can look at a room to see weak points, unsafe conditions (don't get her started on Aperture or old Black Mesa...), and shore them up with her shield as others do work. This did take some effort to learn how to master: the first few times she pushed against a weak ceiling to let some folks pass through a ruin, upon removing that shield the whole place came down. Now, she places that shield just out of reach of that surface and skillfully removes it, without harming the location. Unless it needs to be harmed. At that point, she is precise and clever with her use of punching at a distance. She's had the typical skill downloads that most Icarus kids get, so she knows basics of math and science, history, reading and writing, and the like, but she mainly focuses on architecture, psychology, and cartography. Because she can sense through her shield and powers, she can carefully 'run her fingers along' a surface within a room nearby, without physically being in it to look around, and sound out any location without triggering alarms.
Personality: Casual and very friendly, gregarious, and what might have been 'shy' if only she wasn't so outgoing. Basically she's an oblivious bisexual disaster area for relationships: she won't see someone else making advances until someone tells her straight up. No one faults her for being flirty without realizing it, part of her power makes for far fewer jealousy issues and she has yet to be 'hurt' in a breakup - because no one's broken up with her and no one's felt bad when they see her with someone else. She is careful to help folks by asking if there's need first, rather than just bursting on scene and 'saving the day' as some others might do. She's not in it for any kind of glory, she genuinely wants people to feel safe and happy, and will do whatever it takes including 'not' doing anything at all.

Events or History: Part of the Reborn kids, it's unclear whether Kelly's DNA had actually been put into use, as there was no body found or records aside from those Melissa found by digging through computer systems. But strong and talented TK was certainly something they needed in the era shortly before the Combine were destroyed on Repurposed Earth, and as such she was aged while in Icarus from 3 to about age 7 or so. She still had time to grow up a little, as well as get around the facilities with a little more confidence. When the dragons were brought on scene, she was positively delighted to find this big boi that has the same colors as her hair!

Has a full-time job at the Ranch making sure that local areas are cleared up, including the railway, which she's decided she will fix whether it wants to be or not. Maybe between her and Aetna, they can make it fully functional again! They have considered blipping around to MoCon, swiping goods from the ruins there - no one's using them, really, until considerably later!

Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium 10' s / 58' l / 100' ws
Colors: As his name implies, chin, neck, chest, belly, under tail to tip are a coppery tan color slightly darker toward chest; face is darker copper; face armor, dorsal on neck, back, tail are reddish-brown; limbs and wing arms grade from yellow-buff to strong red-brown from feet to wing fingers; armor grades from orange-copper through tan with strong black markings along neck, shoulders and limbs, back, and tail; wingsails are mainly goldenrod yellow to a tan-orange, considerably brighter yellow on outside; dorsal fin from nose to tail grades from orange-copper to brighter yellow-tan; horns, claws and eyes buff yellow
Features: Pure Sandwing
Powers: Winged Flight, with large and powerful wings, Sunset is exceptionally strong in the air, able to power through sandstorms, high winds and poor visibility, and even a Portal Storm or two. His overall size is slightly smaller than a typical Sandwing, and this does make him more agile than many of his breed, he can keep up with Skywings as they maneuver, though not as fast as any of them. He's capable of carrying tremendous weights for reasonably far distances, so freight cars and large machinery can be entrusted to him, and his human friend takes care of anything that might fall from them while in transit.
Communication, he has a smooth and deep rumbling voice, and can increase his volume to shatter objects that are close by, but this gives him an advantage in situations where he's isolated from other minds or dragons - he can shout really loud, and those within a 2 mile area will certainly hear him. He can speak Draconic and English, and while he could produce the sounds of Vortigese he lacks any Vortal power so the meaning of words does go past him.
Flame Production and Heat Tolerance, like most Sandwings, he's best in the desert and in arid, hot conditions. He can go without water for weeks, and likes to find drifting sand so that he can 'submerge' himself in it on long cold nights. He revels in being able to create waves of heat that are nearly invisible, like the rays of the sun you could feel on your face... for about two seconds, and then you'd cease to have a face any more from it just vaporizing. His actual fire breath is shorter ranged, he can burn nearly anything to a simple vapor crisp at around 25 meters, but the heat waves extend nearly 100 meters with equally devistating results. They do however need to 'fan out', he can't really focus the heat into a narrow area, it's always at least 10 meters across at its most effective size.

Other Info: Sunset likes being a more unique color scheme than most of the local Rookery Sandwings. He's seeking a partner, maybe a Skywing, to exploit the desert around Black Mesa more properly and get it into a presentable dragon-held location. He's just old enough to have heard stories from his homeworld, but left it very soon after fledging, and finding his bond in Kelly shortly after.
