South Campus Mathmatics Department, the Old School, HyperDimensional Calculus Lab, Cybernetics Lab, Gift Shop, Kiosk 10 The most visible locale from Beach Boulevard. The front of Carramba High's campus is decorated in grasses and palm trees lining the street. There is no parking along Beach Boulevard in front of the school but there is a divided passenger loading zone. Keep in mind that this is still a California school zone - speed limit is 25 MPH no matter what kind of vehicle you're driving. Visitors are encouraged to look past the Old School and into the future beyond - not to judge Carramba on the basis of its high-tech looking buildings and interiors that go on forever, but to enjoy its environment as much as the students do. Carramba High's priorities are on learning and expression, so the inner campus is more highly decorated and frilly than the front. |

Mathmatics Department Directly behind the Old School is Carramba's extensive Math department. This building is two stories tall but the ceilings are over 15 feet high, the exterior is smooth pale concrete without windows. (This building is a bunker - it is "safe" according to Unleaded, Alabaster and Silverknight industries.) The air conditioning inside the building is well known for keeping the climate perfect at all times without ill effects to any visiting fragile-lunged individuals. There are five large classrooms on each floor of the building. All conventional mathmatics classes are held here. The roof, while smooth and nice for such things, is NOT currently available as a landing surface for airborne craft of any kind. There is an outdoor bulletin board posted along the north wall exterior, 10x15 feet large, on both sides of the north doors. |
The Old School The location of Carramba High's oldest building. It is used as a storage and warehousing facility now, but is often utilized by the drama department for school video productions. It has been declared an historical monument by the California Comission for Preservation of History. It stands three stories high and is connected to the Math department by its old back doors. There is talk of moving this building to a safer, less busy site once the rest of the campus buildings have been renovated or rebuilt. No one would ever consider tearing it down, it's a classic Victorian era construction after all. |
Hyper Dimensional Calculus Lab and Cybernetics Lab At the east end of the Mathmatics Department, the Hyper and Cyber Labs are in a protected zone with a five story, white marble and silvered glass outward appearance. The inside of the building is actually seventeen floors, many of which are devoted to housing Carramba's math-intensive virtual constructs and visiting theoretical beings. The Cybernetics Lab is located on the ground floor and below (may be as many as six floors below, depending on the requirements of the season). Hyper Calc is located in the upper floors. Cyberdecks and Computational Topography, Websites and all other computer labs are taught in this area.
