Powers	Absolute Command Over Machinery - because his parents are both very much tuned to computers and metal, machinery and mechanical wares, this boy inherited double the dose of it, and is thus very much the product of refined breeding. He doesn't need a suit like his mother, to accentuate his powers, they are very strong, up to 500 meters away he can sense mechanical or computer equipment, 250 meters he can detect specific information about them, and at 100 meters or less he can command them to turn on, off, function overall without being touched, but at 20 meters he can actively alter their abilities, making mechanical devices all but come to life, animating them with a lot of Vortal power. With touch, he can even move between electrical locations, provided there is room for a human mass to appear nearby - zap, right out of the electrical outlet. His name, "thor's stone" is extremely accurate... He is a powerhouse of electrical and metal command. If you can think of it, and it involves a machine, code, computer, device, or electricity, he can do it Portals - Even if they're not a specific power that he uses himself, he can access any portal that exists, using a device he carries with him at all times, to open it to wherever the hell he wants to be. His defining of this destination is Vortal, it's just that he can't open one by himself Telepathy (in-line) - able to speak mind to mind with his cousins on both sides - so ELLs and Color Guard alike, which covers a very very large amount of ground believe you me... He can be 'heard' by strong telepaths outside of his genetic lines, and his mind is easy to communicate to by others with any sort of mental power, but he lacks the ability to talk with just random people Computer Communication - he can tap into computers near him (within 10 meters) including watches, data pads, robots, whatever has a computer 'mind', and use it to communicate. That can mean a cctv performance being interrupted by him chatting, radios and televisions, even your fancy dancy deep-water chronograph can tell you all the news that's fit to be told... Once he's got a broadcast spot, he likes to see just how far he can reach with it, and wants to be able to take command of Combine satellites or other residuals up in the sky over the Rookery, because wow that will fuck them up but good...
