Powers Lightning Control - Cornflower is a master of cloudless-sky lightning strikes, and is able to produce raw bolts of incredibly strong lightning at will; she can't 'palpatazer' things with her hands, that's her other power, but with this ability outdoors she can strike up to ten individual spots the size of a typical tree-trunk wide, or one hit the size of a bus - and either way you slice it, whatever gets hit will take a massive amount of damage. She can do this at range up to ten miles, or line of sight from her dragon's back, which extends nearly 50 on a good clear day. This power doesn't work indoors or on any insulated materials.
Electric Overload - that's what this power is for! She produces a softer-looking but just as deadly field of electrical energy from her body, can be specifically her hands, and destroy electronics, electrify even non-conductive smaller items, and kill anything smaller than human-sized with ease. Because of her ability to sense a volume area and sizes, she can tune this power so that it works to fill a single room, or jump between conductive sources such as computers or machinery.
*Speed and Strength - due to fiddling from GLaDOS with access to the genetics on hand, Cornflower's speed and strength have been radically improved over a normal person's, and she's about three times faster than a typical human, and can lift a small car with ease for a short time. She'd considered taking Sanger's Weight Training class, but instead enjoys the running a little more...

Colors: Main body, limbs, neck, tail are brightly white, highly reflective like ice; belly and dorsal armor grades from a soft lilac through powder blue and back with a darker overall shade on dorsal; body cell scales and limb armor more vibrant violet-red grades through bright sky blue; back and tail spikes dusky violet through powder blue; wing sails and webbing cloudy and reflective mottling grades from pink, lilac, violet-red, purple, blue-violet, powder blue, and sky blue, seems to reflect more on the blue scales than violet; claws black, eyes bright red-violet
Features: Mainly and clearly Leafwing, though Icewing style neck and tail spikes as well as coloration
Powers: Winged Flight, Resoultion is quick, a decisive flier who can turn and maneuver with both style and speed. He's less durable than most, though, and can only keep up that kind of difficult flying for ten or fifteen minutes before tiring out. However in longer distance and more stable flight, he can glide or recharge himself easily while under a sunny sky, and hardly needs to rest even after hours worth of flight.
Verbal Speech, Resolution is able to speak his native Draconic, also bits of Aquatic and other dragon dialects; but also he can understand English and Vort, some amounts of Arabic (they really like Saqqaf's class and seem to both want to impress her), and Spanish. His voice is sharply punctuated, he tends to be louder than necessary.
Sun-Powered, as with most Leafwings, he's got the ability to photosynthesize in sunlight, and does this eagerly even while doing other things. It takes absolutely no concentration and generally just 'happens', he's a bundle of energy on sunny Summer days, though a bit lethargic during Winter for this reason. He cannot charge up on any other light forms than a sun, but it doesn't seem to matter which sun it is.
Cold Tolerance and Health, a vestige of his Iceiwng parentage, Resolution is good in the cold - though he prefers sunlight, that can still be on a very chilly ice plain, or in high mountains. He has no trouble seeing through sleet, rain, fog, or snow even in blizzard conditions, and though he doesn't take any damage from this, he must be careful not to allow any humans nearby to suffer from it.
