Tech Affinity - technological default skill starts at 20 (savantism), and easily imprints data onto existing crystals or disks

Genetic Suite - Sense + / Manipulation -, while he's definitely 'able' to do this, he has no legal right to do so, unless he decides to become Peridian - or Dragon Breeder... Since this works on all genetics including dragons from offworld

Dragon Tuned - indistinct since parentage on both sides has AU tunings; highly apt to bond, impress, or multibond/command any offworld dragon species with ease

Telekinetics - sense through a field at range up to 50 meters, manipulate at 25 meters, and can use AOE ability at 20 meters to lift multiple large objects or many tiny ones

Electrical Imprint and Resistance - can 'draw' circuits on existing blank materials suitable for this, as well as within brains which have electrical activity (particularly good with other psionic types who have similar powers or electric-based powersets); can tolerate up to 16 points of electrical damage and is not subject to any negative modifiers for electric/lightning discharge nearby

Major - Strongly Enhanced Age and Regeneration - He'll look this good when he's 300, 500, or ... whatever he manages to reach, and given he can regenerate up to 16 points of damage of any kind within half an hour, he's unlikely to be killed off any time before then

* Icarus Treated - this is a doubly-inherited feature that breeds true, his mother's treatment also reflects higher Education, Charisma, and Social Skill; Education includes downloaded abilities as below

Disadvantages

Affected by Data-Only Powers, though not electrical attacks; if someone is using a data-based power such as one imprinting a skill into a crystal or even reading a disk without a computer, he knows it too, sensing but not necessarily being privy to the information on it

Drawn Into Dreams, by powerful dreamers around him (at up to 10 miles for PR 1), he is rarely alone when he's sleeping. However this doesn't interrupt his own sleep, he just goes along with whatever and if he's not being paid to, he will not interfere

Weirdness Magnet, any given dead spirit of PR 5-0 will be attracted to him and 'help' with commentary or information. This might or might not be of actual help, and might distract him. He tends to try and work in reasonable isolation for this reason, and has asked any of his Vahh people to 'keep them away' or 'don't let them die nearby'

Mother and her family are heavily invested in Dragons, all of them offworld. If he does bond he will add Ablan properly to his Holdings

Is way less spooky and intimidating than Barbakane, and less flakey and spaced-out than Nash. That's not so say he's none of those things, he is definitely apt to stare off into space - but that's because of the things he sees there; also though not to the degree of a social disadvantage, he definitely does show 'display behavior' because yes he is hot, please look at him.
