Weight: pfft. around 70?* Icarus lightens her so much it's silly, but she is remarkably strong for her lithe looks

Hair: dark charcoal with brown overtones, heavy and wavy, kept loose unless she's working in close quarters when she'll put it into a bun or tail, comes to her shoulderblades when straight

Eyes: eerie amber-orange to reddish brown, there are no visible whites to her eyes, like her brothers which are greens all the way... narrow, heavily lidded under accusatory and sharply defined brows

Appearance: dark tan skin and a preference for red lipsticks, Imelda prefers the stark black and white combination of Icarus and Aperture armors as shown. She moves like mercury, so you'll only ever see her looking back at you like this as you slump over from her blade... She has a deeper voice than you'd expect out of a slender, small woman

Icarus Processing: yes, while being spliced and again when she and her brother were aged after 2 years into their early teens. This processing radically reduced her weight, and because both of her mothers were also treated the effects are strong for her strength, speed, and healing factor. She is primarily a speedster, with her run speed up to 6 times faster than a normal person, and a bursting sprint that can send her into the next county if she's not careful. Her agility and dexterity have also been significantly improved thankfully so she's not running into walls or tripping on objects in her path. She does heal about 2x faster than normal, and goes through colds or flus at a similar speed, anything that cannot handle her extremely high metabolic rate simply dies before it catches on. She's about 3x stronger than a normal person, and uses this strength to grip enemies and surfaces alike, either to lift them off the ground, or to throw bits off.

Genetic Abilities: with a tight Vortal connection to her brother Gianni, she can contact him at virtually any distance apart. She has a moderate telepathic suite, able to sense Vortally active minds at up to 500 meters, but communicate clearly only around 150 meters or less. She has a minor amount of empathy but doesn't really 'use' it. Her primary Vortal abilities are all close range telekinetics and speed tricks. She has taken direct instruction from Bella about how to throw small sharp items into the air and accelerate them to nearly bullet-speeds. She is best with knife-length items as shown, and she carries a supply of actual knives that have been specially created for her as they are extremely durable and meant to be recovered. She can manipulate and feel items that she can see (even through videos) as small as a grain of salt, generally at ranges less than 10 meters, and can discern texture, temperature, and vibrations if it's a large enough item this way. So she would be able to feel if a generator is live thanks to its warmth or vibration, or sense through a wall whether there are voices or footsteps in a hallway beyond. While she can lift objects as heavy as a large truck at close range, generally speaking she likes to bounce bullets off of a quickly moving Vortal shield. The shield can actually disperse Combine energy pellets from their guns, and deflect but not completely soak those from Striders or suppression towers. Her skill in accurately piercing heavily armored troops is legendary, and she's been known to cling to a razor train and use her power to gut another passing train - and she is cool enough that she never ever turns to look at it behind her...
Skills or Profession: though her skill downloads indicate she might be great for 'entertainment', she is an assassin through and through. Bella is of two minds about this, on one hand she is quite proud of how her daughter can eliminate Combine targets, on the other she is... a little scarier than intended. Her ability to locate those targets is strong, and since she's fast she can scout areas without endangering herself or others. She pauses just long enough to be seen by folks who think she's headed into or out of their area as distractions from the real target. Because she hardly weighs anything, using her strong fingers or hand grip she can climb even the weakest looking ruin, or scamper along rebar or even connecting cables. She can remain hidden and slink around in the rafters or through vents, and has navigation skills that allow her to traverse even very complicated locations on sight.
Personality: she isn't remarkably stand-offish, but is very difficult to get close to. She loves knives and sharp objects, and as such has a lot of them organized in her dorm. Also she likes taking small trophies from difficult or important targets.
