Hair: dark red brown, very wooly and thick, kept as shown in locks, quite long and comes to hips when it's stretched

Appearance: medium creamy-brown skin without flaws or scars, full lips; prefers to wear the Icarus black undergarments with Aperture orange and white jacket and gear; she definitely prefers to keep her gloves and jacket on hand because she's hardly ever indoors; has a sharp, loud voice that can carry across distances easily

Icarus Processing: yes, though they didn't overtly do much that her parents' treatments didn't already handle in terms of boosting her Vortal ability. They did decrease her weight and improve her muscularity considerably, she's durable and quick though not superhumanly strong; mainly she can regenerate and resists basically all forms of damage both biological and elemental to a degree that is almost immortal; her senses are very strong, mainly sight 3x and hearing 2x, but her sense of smell is also finely tuned and capable of discerning subtle things beyond most human noses

Genetic Abilities: Virtually every form of matter is hers to sense, command, manipulate, and destroy. This is a pretty unusual power for a human to have, even one that's been as distilled genetically as she has. In fact, she's had to consult with Keenan about doing certain things, though he admits that he's hardly the best at it. The matter that she can manipulate runs the entire elemental gamut of solids: anything carbon based is her bitch... Transforming one element into another, soaking up the energy spared or providing it in the form of Vortal power, turning lead to gold and gold to argon... She can break down complex molecules but also create them, hence giving temporary life to things. She can in fact 'create' life, using basic component materials. She can form small homunculi out of dirt and clay, and using living matter such as bugs, worms, or even parts of her own body cut off (hey, it grows back almost instantly, what does she care?) she 'livens it up'. They are fully animate though they are only as intelligent as 'an extension of her', and not independent. With these creatures available to her, she can Vortally connect to them, see and sense through them up to 500 meters away, and control them to do things like climb, crawl into vents, and even hold on to small items while she homes in on them. Her control over them at short range, under 100 meters, is quite impressive, and she can command three at once. These creatures are generally about 1 foot tall, and can incorporate features such as claws, tails, she's trying for wings and flight but will need better examples than just 'bugs' and birds... That's why the Rookery is so important! With references to dragon wings, she's definitely going to make golem flitters or similar creatures at some point. Like her father, she can cause solids to degrade into rot and dust; using her mother's genetic senses can also tell if there is something alive behind a wall or in wood, and then encourage that life to flourish, expanding unnaturally or growing at a stunning rate as though being fed all at once. Debra's limit to this power is 'small' creatures, nothing bigger than a squirrel or flitter, and she specializes in bugs and lizards since they're much easier on her power. Though she can use her genetic power to attack larger things, she doesn't, as it's rather draining. Most of the other powers seem to come very easily and hardly tire her.

She has minor, local empathy with humanoids and Vortal creatures, and can be spoken to telepathically easily, though she doesn't have her own outgoing mind power beyond communicating with her creations.

Skills or Profession: With a lot of downloaded scientific and engineering skills, she can identify most elements just by smelling the air around them, and does so to follow Combine and while hunting. She has a lot of survival skills, practiced in the field daily. Mainly she uses her material recognition, as well as practical applications of engineering and science, to get the right people to the right places. Lay down a line of seemingly innocuous salt or chalk, wait for Combine to walk into a room... turn that salt into highly conductive silver, and electrify that trapped room right up. She is quite good with climbing, rolling down hills, walking ledges and and rooftops, scaling sheer walls, and sauntering down ruined streets, and always finding her way home. It's entirely possible that she leaves her own chemical trail, and follows it, but it's completely unconscious if so.
Personality: While she definitely is deviously clever, Debra reserves any cruelty and nasty plans to destroying to Combine. She didn't 'get in on' fighting them on Repurposed Earth, so she's really, really enjoying herself on Rookery Earth. She is aggressive, but knows her place when she's on a team. Either she's the leader, or she's following orders very well. Debra is one of the few people that Paxton keeps to her good side as much as possible, unabashedly telling her that she's very, very scary, and he's glad she's on their side. She takes this as a badge of pride.
