Other: She's a vixen, having left a trail of taunted boys behind...

Weight: 125, curvy and quite attractive; she does not have a lot of physical changes from Icarus, aside from self-healing

Hair: Dark tan blond, kinked and usually kept shorter than shown

Eyes: Light Brown with heavy natural lashes, always looking a little sly and flirty

Appearance: Light tan skin with virtually no markings or freckles, enjoys fashionable clothing when she can find them, knows how to pose for best looks

Genetic Abilities: Strong genetic 'attack', manipulation of cells, can also be used to modify rather than kill, local or touch based; Moderate to strong pain control within several yards, strong empathy (reception weaker) to around 50 yards

Skills or Profession: With plenty of implanted medical and scientific skills, Carmen has always been found in the lab or doing research even as a young girl. She and Melissa can talk shop about genetics, molecular biology and the like, though Carmen takes a shorter-term, more aggressive look at cells due to her powers. Because she can sense both overall emotions as well as specifically pain, she's never become cruel - but she doesn't hesitate to put people in their place if they piss her off or are dangerous. She can use her power to cause instant agony or shut down bodily functions, but also to trigger healing abilities or cleanse from diseases. She also aided Melissa when creating Keenan's new body, making sure that it was absolutely free from the predisposition for cancer that killed his first one.
Personality: Though not cruel with her powers, Carmen is definitely clever and stylish. She loves to have an entourage of men and hardly thinks twice about what they'll do when she lets them down. Because generally she doesn't let them down. Carmen believes she was aptly named, as she's listened to the opera of the same name and thinks it might as well be her enjoying her life to the fullest. With the presence of the dragons, her life is even more fun and filled with potential.
Events or History: Among the younger of the Paragon kids when the Events happened, Carmen was still able to keep up with the bigger kids and knew that Melissa would have more to add to her education when she was old enough to put her training into use. She's spent the bulk of her life aiding people in the medical centers and labs, doing research, and flirting. When Melissa realized she needed to move a number of the genetically engineered or extracted fetuses from the girls of the Pantheon stored in one of the facilities, Carmen was the one living in Black Mesa that would be taking care of those. In order to make sure that they weren't all in one place, Carmen guards and occasionally implants these offspring just as Melissa does at the Medusa and the Enrichment Center sites.

Features: Pernese for the most part, blunt claw feet, thumbs, lacks headknobs and spine ridges (unusual for a Pernese), faceted eyes, tail spade, 3-fingered leather wings with claw tips
Powers: Telepathy (strong with bond, others), Teleportation (both local and dimensional), Assisted Firebreath (is able to chew coal/firestone unlike queens)
Parentage: White-Gold-Green Twiseath (Hden Green-Gold Dulath/White-Brown Jazibth) and White-White-Bronze Jaluth (Sapphire)
Origin: Healing Den Frenzy 3 (Bicolor frenzy)
Other Info: Patlak had found a bond during the hatching but was abandoned shortly after. She's still curious, queenly, somewhat picky, and loves baths. She has a slender build, and is definitely able to lay queen type eggs, though they will be small.
