^Added and Keen Sense: Chemical 'Scent' - her skin allows her to 'smell' and 'taste' to distinguish a tremendous amount of detail from anything leaving a trail. Normally of use under water for simple organisms, she can memorize what goes with whom, where specific places are, 'mapping' an area based on what normally travels through it. If she is touching a person she can similarly 'taste' their body in ways that only detailed toxicology reports might, and can tell whether someone is diseased or suffering from infection or parasites just by shaking their hand. ... Her skin is a tongue, don't let that bother you too much
Water Dragon Affinity - if it belongs in the water, it will respond to her commands and is more likely to come to her aid if required, even if the dragon is paired to a strong psionic
Telepathy (Invasive only PR 6+) - her ability with this power is somewhat limited, used only up to about 1km or barely across part of the island she works on in the Atoll (and not even 1/10 across the entire area). However this does help when she's in proximity to people, allowing her to imprint thoughts within 'hearing' range. She cannot delve deeper into any truly Psionic mind, but those who are 'normal' she can pick up deeper thoughts. She is easily spoken to by other telepaths, she just has trouble extending her own range

Healing/Harming/Flesh Shaping - this power works on any sea-based splice as well as sea animals, dragons, and even herself, unusual in the power. She can fix superficial wounds of 8 points or less in moments with touch, and you'll never see a scar since she can then encourage the skin or scales to knit fully. While she can sense and deal with deeper wounds such as internal organs or musculature, she cannot flesh shape those; her harming power can deal 8 points of very painful damage, and can only be resisted by psionic users of PR 0, PR 1 gets an attempt but it is at 50%. Notably she must be touching the subject for any of this, it does not work at range in any capacity
Slow Aging - she will live quite a long while, barring any accidents or damage, and this will pass on to any offspring

Genetic Manipulation Sea Only - she concentrates her efforts on shallow-water creatures, and is a master of the tidepool environment. Thus she provides truly amazing aquatic pets as well as health care for them. She can add or change genes in any water-type including dragons or spliced Zekirans, though only affect the genes that are of that splice, not baseline humanoid ones. She can and will alter her own eggs or sperm, in order to produce her children in their own glory, but according to the law she'd need a higher Peridian Degree... so they'll just slap her mother's name on the paperwork instead* |

Spiny Sea Slug Suite - combining her parents mutations has led to a gorgeous but unusual sea-based appearance. She cannot survive for long out of water but can still walk a bit and interact on dry land for about 6 hours before needing to return to full immersion.
-- Skin Modification - her soft skin is rubbery and has sensory dots that allow her to both 'taste' and 'touch' with great alacrity. It does feel odd to the touch. She is well suited to being in water full time, with Water Survival in shallows and thick muddy environments (no negative modifiers for sensing or movement). Note also that she 'breathes' through her skin, which is why she must be immersed most of the day, she will dry out and be less able to perform any tasks if she's out of it for more than a few hours at a time
-- Natural Armor - her 'hair' as well as her father's skin mutation have combined to form overlapping scales over much of her body, and they grow, shed, and become stronger when they come in; it covers her scalp, neck, most of arms and legs (full on upper, reduced toward hands and feet), and on her torso (neck-to-abdomen exposed but full back and rump covered). This armor allows for 16 points of Damage Resistance to Impale, Cutting, and Bashing
-- Spines - her mother's spiky exterior follows suit in her long, elegant venom-bearing spines. Only those on her head and back (the longer of them) harbor this venom, and it is consciously released or kept back (but she's not telling strangers this...). The spines on her arms can deliver a sharp 2 point cut, while the bigger ones, should she slam into a living thing with them, may deliver both a 6 point Cut, 2 points of Impale damage, as well as the quick-acting neurotoxin they can insert very deeply into large creatures. The toxin will immediately paralyze any creature up to x4 Lengths, and definitely can kill a human-sized one within moments. This is a defensive mechanism, she doesn't go out looking for enemies, but it's crossed her mind that perhaps she should let the aliens 'sample' a little of this if they get too close...
-- Head Modification - she has extremely large eyes which allow for highly detailed vision while under the water, though they do not aid much above it. She has no nose^ and a mouth that is geared for highly specialized food^, she lacks external ears but does 'hear' via vibrations only, so must rely on interpreters or visual cues for 'listening'; Additionally her head hair is the same scales as the rest, with spines (they are not 'horns' as a mutation for future breeding, though might combine with them if an appropriate mutant feature is present)
-- Hermaprhodite - while she does clearly present as female, she does have two complete sets of reproductive organs, and is an egg-layer, so she must have an appropriate partner to produce viable offspring 'naturally'.

Disadvantages |
As part of the mutation suite, she has several oddities which are definitely disadvantageous in society:
-- ^Sensory Modifications - Has No Nose Yet She Can Smell;
No Ears, hears via vibration only; She can 'speak' but only quietly, and relies upon other methods to communicate immediate information
-- Sanity Incursion - she is quite weird looking, squelches slightly when moving on land, and might actually stab you if you try to hug her whoops. Incurs only a 2 point temporary Sanity loss but once you get over that she's pretty neat

^Diet restriction ('bottom feeder' eats only plankton and algae with the occasional 'treat' of leftover fish)
-- Difficulty Walking - look, you try walking with your tongue. >_> She is slightly squishy and prefers varied and even 'sharp' terrain such as coral reefs or tidepool stones, and must walk slowly on land to keep her footing. She does have leg and foot bones but they aren't all that helpful
*She does not have a Peridian Degree, and does definitely use her powers to create people. This is not a Special level (an 'exile worthy') Secret but it definitely is something that can land her in legal trouble should anyone challenge her creations or look too deeply...
