Water Sense - helpful for deterimining the amount of crud in it, or the location of items or creatures within his range
Sea Dragon Affinity - always being around the water and life in it, he's exceptionally good with Sea Dragons even those found offworld. They are more likely to obey his instructions and cooperate with experimentation, and he has a good touch with them overall
Detect In-Use Psionics^ - this power is both always on and weaker than typical, meaning that he always has a bit of a 'buzz' in his mind from nearby psionics when there are people around

Damage Resistance and Survival - Pressure cannot harm him, and he is well suited to life in the water. While he can't actually breathe under water, he can hold his breath a very long time, and with his flesh shape has learned how to create gills anyway. Overall however he has a 16 point resistance to cold and pressure from the water, and suffers no negative modifiers from being in deep or difficult waters including darkness
Invasive Telepathy - Able to detect a mind within about 10 miles and focus on it to communicate, and at much closer range can pry out deeper thoughts to read a shielded mind. More often he does not dig, as he doesn't really care about your affair or what you stole when you were at that banquet
Extremely Slow Aging - He is almost angry at this irony, given his mutations. He will live more than 400 years, and still looks like a 'young' person, clearly an adult but under any other circumstance he would be given a 'that's a teenager' glare. It has however given him time to consider his options and work on his power use, so when he is in his mid-hundreds he can do things with his Flesh Shaping that most others with the ability cannot even manage

Greater Flesh Shaping - He is able to change surface, musculature and organs, and even core skeletal features of humans as well as dragons. This takes less effort for him than most people might imagine, working quickly and painlessly. Unlike most others as well, he is able to fully utilize this power on himself, not merely others or animals. He has an exceptional knowledge of anatomy and uses this ability to quickly relieve people who are suffering from skin disorders, and with dragons he's able to rapidly knit fins and flukes when they are injured in combat over the seaside communities he serves. While he cannot necessarily 'heal' these wounds, he can definitely activate their normal healing in ways that would otherwise take days or even weeks to achieve, triggering self-healing at the same time as knitting damaged blood vessels or muscles |

Finned Ears - hearing slightly increased only while in water
Exudes Scent (mostly pleasant) - no fishy smell from him, he has more of a petrichor scent like fresh rain or mist
*Skin Grows Uncontrollably - Note that he can use this with flesh shaping to be more eel-like than merely 'merman' as shown, which allows him to swim quite well, though this is also apt to make him vulnerable to attacks, parasites, and other issues with so much flesh trailing around the sea. Note though that this feature helps him immensely when he's wanting to get closer to his partner Gehtah, since he can 'deaden' the skin or just let it get damaged and soak up the multiple stab wounds filled with neurotoxin...
*Missing Leg - Fused legs with skin condition that he shapes to be more like an actual fluke than just sloppy folds of extra skin; can walk on land but only when a large amount of skin is removed, and he still only has one actual knee and ankle, but no actual foot, so while he can move it's not what he'd want to be doing

Weak Psionic Sense ^ -Tthough it's always on, his ability with detecting in-use psionics is still somewhat duller than expected
*Seaborn Partner Only - Because of the mutations and changes to his body, Thebha has decided consciously that his partners must be suitable to life as he lives it - in the water, and with considerable care toward fixing the undesirable parts. Perhaps an octo or shapeshifter, but definitely not someone who has similar weak points or disorders. He can afford to be picky, he has time to think on it. But even though he is normally fertile, and has powers that are desirable, he will not accept any contracts for breeding that he hasn't very carefully looked over all the genetics and information first. As a Sehatan he technically shouldn't really be this good at that, but as a Dragon Breeder as well as a flesh shaper, he feels comfortable in bending those rules a bit
