Hair: coppery red with bright gold highlights, silky and curly when it gets very long, always looks a little singed but in bright shades instead of blackened; kept short, because it does get singed really and she still doesn't care for the smell of burning hair, like, who does?

Eyes: Violet, notably not normal shade in any way; large and intense, almond shaped, under fierce brows

Appearance: fair skin that almost looks pearlescent peach, with a tattoo on left arm, which is her 'fire throwing' hand; she really does love looking gorgeous and dangerous at the same time, and the remnants of the Carnies' clothing stash along with plenty of found items in the nearby town ruins give her exactly what she wants; she has a heart shaped face with a smart gaze and eagerly licked lips; very curvy, deceptively so; has a sharp and loud voice, cannot sing to save her life

Icarus Processing: Yes, at age 10, a touch on the late side but no later than most of her group; this lightened her bones and strengthened her musculature and ligaments, so she's quite a bit more flexible than most, and is a touch stronger (about 2x), and is certainly a little faster than a typical person but not as much as some (around 1.5x); the processing absolutely improved her existing genetic abilities and places her fairly high among the Pantheon-ranked power users

Genetic Abilities: pyrokinetics in a flashy, brightly pink style; Bonnie is able to make virtually anything burn, and if not burn then glow very strongly in that distinct pink shade. She can selectively exclude things from this fire, though they won't burn outright it will become very uncomfortably hot so it's important not to panic if she does this with a person... Bonnie can cast a beam of highly concentrated heat in a very narrow line - from around 1" - into a cone averaging 2' wide that is accurate from 100 feet to about 20 feet based on its width, and this heat will melt metal, ignite any and all gasses or flammable items, and certainly kill any living thing it hits at its full power. While it will cauterize a wound that it makes, that wound is usually straight through the skull, and thus a touch hard to recover from... She has used the wider version of this to melt Scanners and Hoppers into puddles in mid-air. With outright flames, she can make a gout of it that's around 1 foot wide and 20 feet long, again as hot as it possibly can get; if she's gotten rest and is prepared, or if she's got someone boosting her abilities nearby, she can actually create a full on foot thick wall of fire that burns for about 5 minutes, covering a spot around 10x10 feet, she cannot do this in a bigger section, it just is the limit of her strength. She is very worn out by this effect, however. In addition she does have, since her Icarus treatments, a fairly typical and middle-range 'psychic suite' with empathy (close range), telepathy (medium, invasive), and aura sight (dim, she doesn't care). Anyone trying to mentally communicate with her will get a very warm greeting, literally, and it's been suggested that she might be able to burn Advisor brains from the inside, if she learns how to telepathically connect to them... She honestly relishes that day when she gets to do this.
Skills or Profession: Though her early years were spent learning how to juggle, climb, and safely handle sharp and hot things, after she was given the Icarus treatments she also received a decent overall education for English, math, some arts and crafts, and a strong dose of 'how to control fire' thanks to Rex and his kids contributions to the system's downloads. She knows that in any other world, she'd become a superhero - they found a comic store in the State Center shopping mall! She knows just how to use her powers for good. Because she is incredibly strong and fierce, she and Firebright are among those selected to do Grounds Patrols, and she holes up in Guard Tower 1, the north-western corner tower, near the rice paddies and other water features. The last thing anyone wants is for her (or her dragon's) fire to get out of control at the wheat or corn fields...
Personality: Bonnie is among the strongest protectors of the Grounds that the entire area has, and she does know it - and acts accordingly... Though she does get put in her place every once in a while, she has to be reminded not to be too arrogant. There are still thousands of refugees that need aid, don't get cocky.

Events or History: Born on Aperturth in their version of the Mansion, among the few 'pure Carnies' of the kids. She was always drawn to flames and danger, and her abilities allow this without pause. With Melissa's encouragement she went to the Icarus processing in Rapture, and though she absolutely hated being there, she came out of it so much stronger. She is focused, not obsessive; she is reliable, and will absolutely go to the ends of the earth to save her people. Firebright thinks she's just perfect.

Colors: Black base, small orange spots, burning paper orange trim, white horns, red eyes, white belly, burning paper orange wings
Features: feline/deer dragon hybrid, holiday style; four legs with hoof hind and long curved claws fore, heavily feathered; combination furry body with armor belly, feather fringe; two main wings with both leather and feather features, single visible claw also burning, and multiple sets of smaller feathery burning wings on body, tail; head is snouted with external ears, feelers, odd joined horn; neck and down back to tail tip feather ruff, tail tufted; everything is burning though not lethally
Powers: Winged Flight, Bilocation; Firebright is tough to beat for power, and in a short race he will always win. He can't keep up a very swift pace longer than a mile, but in that mile he is a blur, but then again that might be because he can locate himself and be there instead. He can play 'connect the dragon dots' in mile-long increments, finding a spot, bilocating there, finding another. He can do this while flying, running, or standing still. Whatever is with him as far as his wings can reach in a sphere will also come along for the ride, but it is exceptionally disorienting. He's a good short-term lifter, but do make sure that whatever's in that truck isn't going to explode.
Communication abilities; Verbal Speech, Cheer, Dream Control; Like most of his kin he can speak but rarely does, however if he has to he can let off a remarkable screeching yell to get attention; He can speak English and Koren, Vortigese, and a little Draconic of several breeds though he's not adept at it and prefers to just listen. Though he doesn't have telepathy, he does have the power to enter and control dreams of any living creature, within 100 meters as they sleep. To waking people, dragons, or anything with emotions, he can bring their spirits up into a happier state, if they're already happy they will become elated, if they're desparing he can alleviate that feeling; this he can do within around a 50 meter sphere.
Elemental abilities; Fire Control, Water Magic, Alter Structure-Ice; You'd wonder at a fire dragon having the ability to shift ice around, but he's clever that way. He can produce fire that doesn't get doused by water, unless it's magical water that is. In winters, he's frequently the one that makes ice sculptures that 'turn and look at you', which he thinks is hilarious. His fire is basically equitable to his rider's, in brilliant orange, though he does have a fire breath that can be accurate up to 100 meters for 5-meter gouts. His water magic is not remarkable, he can purify stagnant water, or create fog and mist if there's enough nearby to do so.
Physical abilities; Unlimited Shapeshift, Multiple Lives; as many in his family line, he is able to shapeshift, though he has little practice at it. He prefers his own thanks! He could potentially form into a deer, housecat, cheetah, bat-winged thing... catfish, whatever. He got stuck one time, and hasn't really wanted to try it out again. His power to endure 'death' however is very strong, and he's brave enough to do it more than once. He has confidence in his own ability to just not run out of extra lives. What might be a death blow just causes him to flop to the floor for a bit, his flames do go out in this time. But when the Vortal coast is clear, he just... starts burning and pops back up again. Usually in another location, because bilocation is fun!

Other Info: This is one pair that will damage the Combine right up close and personal-like. As cheery as he can make people, he is often a bit more serious in his pursuit of freedom and safety for these people. After spending a decade on the Healing Den, he's bored, but also wise enough to take orders and listen to the wisdom of those around him, not jump into things without looking for a way out first. And then just bilocate out...
