Weight: 100* Icarus and Plasmid treatments as well as her unusual splices mean that while she's slender and curvy she's nowhere near the same weight as anyone else that build and height; she is not really endowed with greater strength, but she is remarkably durable and heals about 3x faster than a normal person

Hair: Dark shiny coppery-brown, very thick and when it's humid it does tend to curl quite strongly, she keeps it straightened though it would never be a true afro; kept to shoulder length and is easily styled

Eyes: pale blue, almond shaped with a strong epicanthal fold, under slender eyebrows, and often enough hidden by hair on one or the other 'for effect'

Appearance: darkly tanned to light brown skin, flawless, with naturally glossy dark lips, a small flat nose, and high cheeks; she is slinky and confident in movement, and likes wearing the Aperture colors in an Icarus-style with added orange skirts, shorts, or even a dress over it; has a very pleasant voice, medium to deep, with what's described as a 'brilliant' laugh

Icarus Processing: Yes, while being spliced, and reinforced with Plasmid mixture on aging; this dramatically reduced her weight, but also very strongly boosted her Vortal abilities

Genetic Abilities: with Leon and Greg being the strongest basis for her splices, Odell's Vortal presence is highly social-oriented, and she uses her communication abilities constantly. She is able to sense Vortal auras, but also is remarkably strong as an Empath, both for sensing as well as dabbling in controls over individuals as well as groups at close range. She can instantly assess both the physical and emotional status of people around her, up to 15 meters away in a sphere, and up to a group of over 30. She can sense moods from Vortal minds more easily, but all human life including full Combine conversions can be sensed. (She does not like what she detects from those converts.) She can sway emotions gently but not too far - a calming influence on a frantic group, a rousing nudge to those in need of a boost out of depression. Also she can telepathically communicate to Vortal minds at 10 miles, being sensed by them at 20, her mind is clear and confident. She can talk to non-Vortal minds at 10 meters, and she's found that younger minds are very easily spoken to, while older humans may become confused or angry at the intrusion. Her mind can also communicate easily with dragons, mostly those with their own telepathic power. She lacks any kind of mechanical or electronic power.
Skills or Profession: with the charm and wit of leaders like Greg and Leon, and the physical traits of any ELL, Odell is designed with public relations in mind. Serving as a welcome committee as well as an emotional and psychological contact, Odell's downloads have included everything from psychoanalysis to marketing and research, and Mel's even thrown in a little 'debate team' and human-resources to round that out. If it involves dealing with people in any way, she's got it. She can keep records and knows how to read schedules, thanks to Keenan's downloaded HR department work, and has her own office where she keeps those records for the Rookery. In fact she can decode other such records or patterns, so she and Silver, Daisy, and Mary can swap information very easily while she's running around.
Personality: Beyond the downloads, she really does have a warm presense, a lovely smile, an infectious laugh, and a bold streak that allows her to intervene where others might not. Though she's not a 'search rider', her guesses are often correct when a newcomer shows aptitude for dragonriding. She does know when to back off, or call in different types of specialists for behavior issues - she's not really the go-to girl for heavy duty shrink work for refugees who are suicidal, nor is she the one that is called upon to rouse riders into a battle. But the meet and greeter, the girl you call on to find out whether another refugee made it to their destination, she's the one.
Events or History: Created specifically for her work, she knows the other ELLs are a little edgy around her. But even then... she can put them at ease too, and without the use of any Vortal power. She was brought to work mainly out of the Rookery itself, but spends time visiting each of the main habitation areas: Grounds, Rapture, Ranch, Rookery; the only places she doesn't really go are the experimental Xen and Borealis sites, nor is she heading out to the Mojave any time soon, however she does recieve the MoCon paperwork, and is the one that processes that for what it's worth. Of all of those locations, however, she finds the Ranch and the Mansion to be the best for a night away from duties.

Size/Shoulder/Length: Small (long) Bipedal 5'3" h (can stand considerably higher however)
Colors: Starmarked body in purple, violet, silver stars; cloud patterned wings in bright sunlight gold-white with pale blue and purple markings; crest, claws, spines/tail spade medium gold, horns bright yellow-gold; eyes usually greens, can change with moods
Features: bipedal Nexus mutt combining old-world Den with new Rookery arrival, *features may vary among siblings and will change with offspring parents; four legs, bipedal stance with shorter forearms; two leathery wings with 3 internal fingers; hide skin requiring maintenance at times; smooth face with elegant horns, high Ryslenesque crest; tail spines and wide spade
Powers: Winged Flight - though small, Anshenath makes up for this size with being aggressively strong in flight. He can only carry his rider and perhaps one other human-sized weight, but he can maneuver well and get into spaces that most larger dragons absolutely cannot attempt, he is long and narrow after all. Also he has quite muscular hind legs, and can run nearly as fast as any similarly sized dragon can fly provided there's nothing in the way. This also leaves his forearms free for grasping things, and as such he can do quick in-combat or on-site rescues if needed.
Teleportation, like his parents he is very attuned to teleportation as not only a transport power but for being a null-space to keep items or move temporarily for shelter. His typical teleport range is about 100 miles, though he can burst-teleport in combat or while playing, 100 meters at a time, for about a dozen shots before he must rest. However, he can also take a much larger weight or volume with him when he does a 'tuck space' move, anything that is directly touching him (aside from the floor, he's learned how to stop taking planks or cement with him...) can be moved into a safe spot between worlds, and then released in a new real space safely. People who have been transported this way claim that it's almost like 'heaven' - his wings providing a kind of bright sunny sky and clouds, with twilight starry skies behind it, which compose the space's appearance. He can only keep this space open while he's in it, however, so he tends to shunt others and objects last-in-first-out. Though his family can do so, he lacks much power with the 'weaponized' version of this, as he wants to concentrate on saving people and making their lives easier, rather than assaults on the enemy.
Communication, Anshen speaks Verbally as well as with a clear Vortal ability, and can easily comprehend basically any language given a little exposure. He speaks with a pleasant humming voice, and appears to have the same 'accent' when mentally communicating. His telepathic range is vast, perhaps 300 miles to ping a strong Vortal mind, and 50 miles to easily communicate with those minds, he and Odell share a tight Vortal bond that he can always use to communicate through or to her. He does have a minor version of Vortal foresight, though this usually comes in the form of his teleportation spots always being free of debris or safe to move into. He can concentrate on those things, to make extra sure, but can't really use this power for anything else.
Starwake, his mother Starpath has unique abilities which show up strongly in him, including a Shiny distraction, which in his case isn't just the stars on his body shimmering and flashing like actual stars (they are actual stars) but his wings producing a bright sun-like flare or brightness. Though he's no Rainwing, he can 'animate' the bright spots and clouds to a degree, mostly it's intensity and saturation changes, but this can hypnotize or stun, distracting enemies or entrancing friends. Anything that has visual light-sensing organs of any kind including Combine Scanners can be distracted with this ability. He can also use this feature to become semi-invisible to light-sensors, shimmering and changing his color saturization to match the surroundings, even into an inky shadow or broad daylight with nothing nearby. It helps when there's hazy air, but for the most part he uses this only briefly to evade capture, or to play hide and seek more stealthily. It does wear him out, in both Shiny and Invisibility modes, so he only does either of them when he knows there will be a safe spot to rest afterwards. He cannot disguise others in this method, you'd see Odell standing in front or sitting on his shoulders in both types of power use.
