Reborn Splices

This group had technically been killed during the Events, but around 2021-2024 with an influx of healthy refugees and the need to boost morale, Melissa made the decision to begin recreating the children that had perished in the nursery at the Enrichment Center. None of the children had been older than 3 years, and some were just about to graduate into the Icarus program, but that did not happen in 2006. Most if not all of them are recreated as best as can be arranged, though here and there a few new genes have been introduced. This is technically not a real 'second generation' Pantheon, but they were all born in the same era that the above group were, after the arrival of the Combine and when the other Pantheon members were in their teens and early 20s.
